I bought cafe appliances for my new kitchen. Dishwasher didnt work. Dishwasher was never used! Had to replace. Refrigerator gasket keeps popping off. Ice machine not working now! We have had these appliances for 3 months! We bought a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and a dishwasher. All cafe GE from Rosners in Florida. Brand new. So disappointed. So frustrated.

This is an update on the machine that arrived fauulty.turns out installwe diidnt connect dinal wire. I had a tech in to try and order new part but he refused to disassemble and check wires. Drivers did not follow instructions feom my doorman and would not putll in and work around other trucks in the loading dock. I had to go down to beg them to deliver. Then they broke new door on the refigerator and used the old one. Then they installed the bottom doors such that they are croked and don™™t line up.i love this fridge but it is not worth the delivery hassel if you have narrow entry ways.

it is a beautiful machine but a hassle to load. Freezer panel needs more room on the sides than I expected. Other issue is that unit came with a faulty panel on the conversion quadrant. I discovered this as I was loading the freezer. I was on the phone w/ multiple people from GE before I got correct information. I did get a call from GE representative who was very helpful and got me squared away and I am hoping new unit actually works! Delivery folk were very professional and the process was seamless.

I wanted to pick out a refrigerator because my old one was 20 years old. A friend recommended this Cafe model. I had been wanting the split freezer because I do not purchase boxes of anything. I felt like I could use he organization that this model affords and I was correct. I LOVE, LOVE the freezer. My husband was against getting a new refrigerator because our other one was still working and we have heard that nothing lasts more than 5 years anymore. We hope that is not true, because we so love this refrigerator. Even if it was just the water pitcher that fills automatically, it would have been worth it. Just FYI if you buy one. Make sure you purchase an authentic water filter. I bought from a website that I thought was authentic and it was scam.

This is an amazing refrigerator- has completely changed the way we use our fridge. The capacity is so much bigger than our other counter top depth fridge. We love using the lower drink refrigerator and the freezer side is still quite roomy. Big problem- the depth of the doors is so different from our prior model (20 years old), which had very slim doors and nearly zero clearance. This new GE has doors so deep we had to pull it out from back three inches more It sticks way out. Also- do not believe the statement about 90 degree door access. Doors must be much wider open - 130 degrees to pull out all the drawers.

We love this fridge and feel it was a good value for the price. We've had it for 6 weeks. The water pitcher and ice maker are especially great. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the freezer hasn't been 100% consistent in holding it's temperature. Twice I've gone for ice cream and it was really soft, and no one had adjusted the settings. This hasn't happened in the last few weeks, so I'm hoping it was an anomaly.

Changed out to a new refrigerator. Our old one was about 15 years old. It™™s amazing how much more space/useful space is available even though it fits in the same area. The water pitcher feature is very nice. Love the interior design and back lighting. The front of the refrigerator with the fingerprint resistant surface is a very nice feature. We really have appreciated our new refrigerator.

First of all, this fridge is GORGEOUS! The rose gold accents are just beautiful, the backlights are perfect, the ambiance this gives is top tier, and everyone who has seen my fridge is in LOVE! The quad storage units are great for entertaining. If I™™m having a party I can just switch my bottom right over to a beverage cooler for drinks and the bottom left has a huge ice bin. The wine rack storage will get use when entertaining, but when not entertaining, I™™m using it as a freezer and storing my pints of ice cream in the wine rack, they fit perfectly! The temperatures are perfect, I haven™™t had to adjust them at all. I love the auto refill water pitcher and the ease of removing it and putting g it back is great! It™™s not noisy at all. I can™™t ever hear the ice falling as I did with my old fridge. This is definitely worth the investment if you™™re an entertainer. It™™s a beautiful piece, has great storage options and great functions! I love this fridge!

We've had our new Cafe' refrigerator for about a month now, and so far. we love it! It feels much more open than our last, and it allows us to see what's in the fridge without moving things around. We also love how it's lit from the back, allowing for a classier feel and removing ensuring all spaces are well lit. Although we didn't know how we'd feel about it, we are loving the removable pitch that auto fills! The ice is small enough to easily fit in my gym water bottle, and we LOVE the ability to switch the bottom right quadrant between a fridge and freezer! The only issue we've had so far is that the pitch had a small leak. I tightened the plastic screw that holds the tap on the pitcher, and that seems to have fixed the issue.
