Was great for a couple years then it needs repair

Love the oven except the display is already failing after just a couple years. Bought the oven in July/August 2021 just a little over 2 years later the display is starting to go out. Same issue seen in pictures from other reviews where segments of the display no longer light up. Now Im searching for a new display assembly for about $100 for the display plus the labor to install it. Not sure Id go with LG again if this is the type of quality put into their electronics that run these things.

I bought this about a month ago. Its a great oven and stove although the air fry and convection bake dont work real well. I have read all the instructions watched many videos and also called for assistance and they just told me to unplug the oven and wait then plug it back in. Something that should take 15 minutes to air fry takes more than half an hour. Also it seems one side gets hotter than the other on regular bake.

LEDs dont work

Got the gas range not even two years ago. The stove and oven work fine but like a lot of other reviews I see now the leds dont work making it hard to see the time or pick a temperature when using the oven. Got a quote for $400 to fix which is almost half what we paid for the range. Would not recommend this range.

Unsatisfied with Display

I am satisfied with the function of the oven/stove. For me the display is what gives it such a low rating. I havent had this unit for even 2 years and already the time display is fading and I cant see the time. The buttons are also very difficult to push- as you have to do it exactly right in the middle or it doesnt work. So it will cost a couple hundred dollars to get this fixed.

Well so far the range is great but since the product arrived without the oven working I cant comment on how well it works. LG sent a repair specialist out and since the product is still fairly new to the market the parts to fix the oven are on backorder. The control board and the sensor are both being replaced. Of course this happened just in time for me to get out of making Thanksgiving dinner even though thats why I purchased the new oven which makes my wife ecstatic. Im sure once its fixed itll work great but until then I cant give an accurate review.

The oven temperature does not match the display. It also shuts off randomly during cooking. Repair technician said it was the thermostat which was replaced. That did not fix the problem. Less than 2 years old but not under warranty and the repair costs more than the price of the stove.

The whole circuit board went within 2 years. Cannot see digital display. Trying to order parts through LG is a rat race it directs you to use different part companies. Do not do this call LG first for part orders first. LG Customer service is not easy to deal with.

I purchased a LG Gas Range and after 1 yr. and 2 months the ignitor switch has to be replaced. I tried the live chat to troubleshoot the problem to no avail. They only provide a 1 yr. warranty for parts and repairs. Now I have to pay 372.00 to have the part replaced. I purchased all LG appliances for my home thinking that their products and service were quality products. I regret that I have spent over $5000.00 on their appliances including a washer. This is why they only warranty appliances for 1 yr. This is why consumers no longer trust these companies because it about profits over quality.

not so great a product

Product needs to hold up 11/4/2023

It would be a great range if I could find the correct part to replace what went wrong with Range. When I called for a repair I was quoted almost $400 to come visit and replace the part that is not working. I sure That this part went when Public scervice changed out our electric meter by a power surge. The numbers for time and temp are not completely enclosed and only needs a board which nobody can send me the correct part. this was after LG help desk told me the part I needed and ordered. So I cant seem to get away from paying $400 to replace a $140 bd which Im a former repair person that I can replace myself if I could get the correct part.

The labels on the stove knobs wash off easily and it is hard to gage the flame on the stove as a result. High medium and low are no longer visible. Also the lcd panel no longer displays time or temperature correctly making it hard to tell when timer is up or exact temperature

Disappointing quality not sturdy.

Disappointing quality flimsy. Oven drawer was bent and would not open and close properly. I do not use the drawer often and did not notice the problem for a few months when I went to put a couple baking trays in there. At that point LG would not rectify. I understand their perspective - but I wont purchase LG products in the future.

I bought this stove 1.5 years ago. The control panel now has a missing light in one of the digital numbers so the clock always looks crappy and the setting button doesnt work when I try to turn off the wifi which I also never use. Of course I never bought the extended warranty thinking the stove would at least be good for a couple of years as all of my other stoves have worked just fine with no issues.

I bought this gas range 7 weeks ago and it is a major upgrade from the previous one that came with the house I purchased eight years ago which was fairly old. The features are great and the functionality is terrific particularly the different sized burners. I have used the oven only twice and it works very well. It comes with an air fry function which I have yet to use but it will be handy when needed. The stainless steel with black top and door are cool. Also the cooktop is simple to clean and the 3 iron grates are easy to partially lift or remove.

We bought this stove 1 1/2 years ago. It looks great in our kitchen. Unfortunately some of the burner caps are discolored and I cant get them clean. Also the inside glass door of the oven is dirty and I will have to take it apart to clean it. One last thing the metal edge on the outside bottom base of the door is beginning to rust. Other than those few things it works well and we really enjoy this stove ~

Its very new so I dont have much to say. My girls use the air fryer. Said it may get a little crispier and maybe a little quicker to cook. Nothing that noticeable. I thought the one burner that heats faster was just O.K. I was boiling water for corn and seemed to take forever. What I really dont like and its not maj. is the storage underneath for baking sheets doesnt have a handle to open it. Its a little awkward.

My dream range

This is the 2nd time that I have purchased this model gas range from LG. In my opinion it is the most beautiful the most functional the easiest to use with the most features and the most for ones money. The 1st range failed after 4 years and it was determined by LG that it could not be fixed economically. I am sorry to say that it took 6 months to resolve. I purchased this model again on 5/30/23 and it was delivered on 6/22/23. I had very little time to use it. Because of the extremely hot weather I could hardly use the oven. I was out of town on 8/11/23 when my husband had to call Freeman Gas Co. to come out to investigate a very strong gas smell and the range was determined at that time to have multiple gas leaks and the gas was shut off.

Love my stove

I absolutely love the stove I would give it 5 stars if the time screen wasnt missing half of the time making it hard to set the correct temp. And costumer service has not been helpful with getting through to anybody. But the stove is great Work perfect

Purchased a few weeks ago. From the moment it was plugged in we have enjoyed it. The temperature of the oven heats up very quick and inside the oven it is very even heat distribution. The stove top is very easy to clean and the burners are on a constant flow. Very nice looking stove also.

LG triple combination range

I bought this range 1/2021 was not delivered until Feb. 2021- I guess due to COVID-19. You couldnt just walk in and buy a range. Have been very happy with my gas/convection/air fryer combination. Have been in love with it since day one. Recently 2023 igniter went out. Now back in business. My one issue is service supplier and LG are not on same page with service dates to repair things. So hiccup caused delays and time in getting it fixed. For a baker that is tragic. So heres hoping the 2 companies have a meeting to coordinate service repair times.

Grates scratch the surface

Purchased a month ago. It already has scratches from the grates. We are very careful to place them on the stove surface and still scratches. Not happy at all.
